Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Event / Sponsorship Manager to lead sponsorship sales and strategic partnerships for SundanceLab events and experiences.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, pitching, securing,



and managing sponsor relationships while ensuring successful delivery of sponsorship commitments across events.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in sponsorship sales, brand partnerships, experiential marketing, or event business development.

Key ResponsibilitiesSponsorship & Partnerships
Identify and research potential sponsors aligned with SundanceLab's audience and values.
Develop and pitch customized sponsorship proposals and partnership opportunities.
Negotiate sponsorship agreements and close deals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with sponsors and brand partners.
Event Integration
Coordinate with marketing and event teams to integrate sponsors into experiences.
Ensure all sponsor deliverables are executed before, during, and after events.
Oversee branding, activations, sampling, and on-ground sponsor visibility.
Revenue & Reporting
Achieve sponsorship revenue targets across events and corporate programs.
