The role requires a proactive qualified who can ensure accurate financial records, maintain statutory compliance, support management with financial insights, and coordinate effectively with auditors, banks, government authorities, and internal stakeholders.
Accounting & Financial Management
Maintain complete books of accounts and ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.
Manage general ledger, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Assist in the preparation and finalization of Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, Cash Flow Statements, and MIS reports.
Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts, vendor accounts, customer accounts, and inter-company transactions.
Taxation & Statutory Compliance
Handle GST compliance, including preparation and filing of returns, reconciliations, and responding to departmental queries.
Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, return filing,



and issuance of certificates.
Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, and other applicable statutory regulations.
Coordinate with tax consultants, auditors, and regulatory authorities during assessments and audits.
Keep abreast of changes in tax laws and advise management on compliance requirements.
Banking & Treasury Management
Manage daily banking transactions and maintain banking relationships.
Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts and working capital requirements.
Handle bank reconciliations, fund transfers, and loan-related documentation.
Coordinate with banks for credit facilities, bank guarantees, letters of credit, and other banking requirements.
Foreign Trade & Import-Export Documentation
Manage accounting and compliance related to import and export transactions.
Coordinate documentation relating to Letters of Credit (LCs), Bank Guarantees (BGs), foreign remittances, and inward/outward payments
