Role Description
We are looking for a creative and strategic Senior Social Media Manager with 2+ years of agency experience to lead social media strategy and execution for multiple client accounts.
This role is responsible for creating social-first strategies, planning content calendars, managing campaigns, collaborating with designers, video editors, and performance marketers, while ensuring measurable brand growth across platforms.
This is not just a posting role.
This is an ownership role.

Not someone who copies trending content without strategy.




Not someone who depends entirely on designers for ideas.
Not a coordinator who simply follows instructions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy
Build monthly social media strategies aligned with client business goals.
Create platform-specific content plans for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Understand audience behavior and recommend content accordingly.
Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
Present strategy confidently during client meetings.

2. Content Planning & Calendar Management
Create monthly content calendars with campaign objectives.
Develop content pillars for each brand.
Plan static creatives, reels, stories, carousels, and campaign content.
Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging.
Coordinate approvals before publishing.
