Job Description
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java (Spring Boot) or Python (FastAPI/Flask).
Build high-performance RESTful APIs and distributed backend services.
Develop secure, reliable, and scalable microservices.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and system reliability.
Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Data Engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and code reviews.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term solutions.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and technical standards.

Requirements

Must Have

2–3 years of experience in backend software development.
Strong hands-on experience in Java (Spring Boot) and/or Python (FastAPI/Flask).




Excellent understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and Multithreading.
Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and Microservices.
Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and Unit/Integration Testing.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
