The Opportunity
We’re looking for an Executive – Teacher Relations & Operations who can be the bridge between our teachers, internal teams, and operational ecosystem.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, managing multiple stakeholders, and ensuring that operational excellence translates into a seamless experience for both our teachers and learners.




You’ll work closely with a large network of teachers, ensuring they are supported, engaged, and aligned with Artium’s processes and expectations.

What You’ll Own
? Teacher Relationship Management
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with our teacher community.
Manage relationships with a large group of 150+ teachers, understanding their needs and ensuring alignment with Artium’s expectations.
Act as a key point of contact for teacher-related concerns, queries, and operational requirements.
Create a positive, collaborative, and performance-oriented environment for teachers.
⚡ Escalation & Issue Management
Identify, assess, and manage teacher and operational escalations based on defined escalation criteria.
Take end-to-end ownership of issues and coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders to drive timely resolution.
Ensure clear communication, action tracking, and closure of escalations within agreed
