QWR Interactive Solutions designs and develops head-worn computing devices. We are India's only domestic full-stack XR manufacturer, with 50,000+ devices shipped across 17+ countries. We also build HUMBL, a voice-native AI app, and our marketing team runs both.

About the role
We are looking for a content lead with 3 to 5 years of experience across content strategy, production, and distribution, ideally in technology, consumer, or hardware-led environments.
This role is suited for someone who can take an idea from concept to published asset and direct other people to do the same. You will own the editorial calendar, brief and manage agencies and freelancers across video and design, run influencer and partnership conversations, and own SEO and long-form content.

Key Responsibilities
Own the editorial calendar across QWR and HUMBL, covering short-form video, long-form video, blog, social, and email.




Build the distribution engine so that one long-form piece becomes 10 to 15 derivative assets across channels.
Brief, manage, and quality-check external agencies and freelancers across video production, editing, design, and motion.
Source, negotiate, and manage influencer and creator partnerships.
Own SEO strategy and execution, including keyword research, on-page work, and a programme of solution pages and blog content.
Develop creative concepts, hooks, and repeatable content formats, and write or direct the scripts behind them.
Maintain the visual and editorial standard across both brand identities, which are deliberately separate.
Work with the performance marketer to supply ad creative and make sure landing pages match campaign intent.
Track content performance and report on what is working, what is not, and what to make next.
