Position Summary

The IOC supports enterprise infrastructure operations through proactive monitoring, incident response, patching, and operational support across server, network, backup, and monitoring environments. This role helps maintain infrastructure availability, supports issue resolution within service levels, and contributes to continuous improvement and automation across operational processes.

Work you'll do

As an IOC on the IT Services team, you will be responsible for:

Monitor infrastructure, server, network, backup, and platform alerts using tools such as Cisco Meraki, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, HP OneView, Veeam, Cohesity, and related platforms
Manage incidents, escalations, and root cause analysis activities in alignment with defined service level agreements and standard operating procedures
Support patching, remediation, and operational maintenance activities across Windows servers, Linux servers, virtual machines, and endpoint management tools
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve physical server, network, database, backup,



and audio video equipment issues
Contribute to process improvement, documentation updates, reporting, task coordination, and automation of repetitive operational activities
