Role Description The Head of Sales Operations at AI Clinic is a full-time, hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role oversees the design and optimization of sales processes, tools, and reporting to support predictable, scalable revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, territory planning,



and performance dashboards; partnering with sales leadership to define targets, incentives, and operating rhythms; and improving end-to-end sales workflows from lead generation to deal closure.
The Head of Sales Operations will collaborate closely with marketing, product, customer success, and finance to align go-to-market strategies and ensure data-driven decision-making. This role also leads the evaluation and implementation of CRM and sales enablement systems, supports training and onboarding for sales teams, and drives continuous improvement across all sales activities.

Qualifications
6–8 years in B2B software sales with significant exposure to hospitals, multi-specialty clinics, or healthcare networks. You understand how buying decisions happen in healthcare institutions.
SaaS Sales (Preferred): Hands-on experience selling SaaS or subscription-based software products. You can articulate ROI, manage recurring revenue conversations, and navigate
