Business Coordinator - Male

We are looking for a Business Coordinator to support the smooth coordination and execution of business activities across different departments. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, clients, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders, while ensuring timely follow-up on tasks, projects, meetings, and business requirements.

Requirements

Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth execution of business activities and assigned tasks.
Track the progress of ongoing tasks, projects, and business initiatives and follow up with respective teams.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and track action items.
Communicate with clients, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders regarding business-related activities.
Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing business information for management review and decision-making.
Conduct basic research on business trends, competitors, customers, and industry developments.
Maintain and organize business documents, records, reports,



and other important information.
Support management in planning and coordinating business meetings, events, and initiatives.
Ensure timely communication and follow-up on key business requirements and deliverables.
Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and other professional documents.
Identify coordination gaps or operational issues and escalate them to the concerned stakeholders.
Maintain confidentiality of business and organizational information.
Perform other business coordination and operational responsibilities as assigned by management.

What we Expect from you?

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, B.Sc. IT, B.Tech, BE, MCA, or a related IT discipline.
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Basic understanding of IT and business concepts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
