Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Trainee / Junior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our medical device and equipment development team. The engineer will work closely with electronics, embedded systems, biomedical and manufacturing teams to develop reliable, manufacturable and serviceable medical equipment.
The role provides hands-on exposure to the complete product development lifecycle, including concept development, mechanical design, prototyping, testing, design improvement, manufacturing support and engineering documentation.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering principles, including mechanics, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of Design Engineering and Machine Design, with the ability to analyze components and mechanisms for strength, durability, and safety.
Exposure to Product Design, including understanding user requirements, design for manufacturability, and iterative development of prototypes.
Practical experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, or similar) for 3D modeling and engineering drawings.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and standards; familiarity with GD&T; is an advantage.
