In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Assembly, refurbish, and test transmitters by following work instructions,
engineering standards, and operating procedures.
* Set up and operate production and refurbishment equipment, including
calibration, testing, packaging
* Select, issue, and store components and tools accurately in line with
inventory and quality procedures.
* Complete required quality documentation and follow quality assurance
processes to ensure products meet Emerson standards.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment through regular
housekeeping and equipment care.
* Support production schedules by working efficiently while maintaining
attention to detail and safety.
* Participate in safety, quality, and continuous improvement activities,
including hazard reporting and non‑conformance processes.
* Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve shared
production and operational goals.
* Contribute ideas that support operational efficiency, cost awareness, and
continuous improvement.

* Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related production environment,
or transferable skills gained through hands‑on technical work.
* Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and procedures with
strong attention to detail.
* Commitment to safe work practices, including the correct use of personal
protective equipment and adherence to health, safety, and environmental
requirements.
