Role Overview
We are seeking an HR & Business Development Intern who will support our team across hiring, recruitment, business development, admin, and research functions. This is a hands-on role for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. You’ll gain exposure to both the people side and the growth side of a fast-moving tech startup.

Key Responsibilities




Business Development & Growth
Assist in outreach to potential clients, partners, and collaborators.
Draft and send qualified emails, proposals, and follow-ups.
Conduct basic market and competitor research.
Support preparation of pitch decks and presentations.

Human Resources & Recruitment
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.
Draft and post job descriptions across platforms.
Maintain candidate pipelines and update hiring trackers.
Support onboarding and documentation processes.

General & Admin
Manage databases, spreadsheets, and internal records.
Support daily operational tasks and ad-hoc projects.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.

Requirements
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
Comfortable with emails, outreach, and basic research.
