Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and customer-focused Optometrist to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive eye examinations, prescribe corrective lenses, advise patients on eye health, and deliver high-quality vision care services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations using appropriate clinical equipment.
- Assess visual acuity and diagnose common vision conditions.
- Prescribe spectacles and contact lenses based on patient needs.
- Provide professional advice on eye care, lens options, and vision correction.
- Detect signs of ocular diseases and refer patients to ophthalmologists when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Educate patients on eye health and preventive care.
- Work collaboratively with the retail and clinical teams to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore healthcare regulations and skilled standards.





Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Optometry or an equivalent recognized qualification.
- Eligible for registration and practice as an Optometrist in Singapore, where required.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented with a professional and compassionate approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in an optical clinic or retail environment is an advantage.
