Role Overview: It’s a permanent, on-site role at the Gurgaon office. The incumbent of this role will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing relationships with existing customers, and driving sales of mutual fund products and Insurance solutions. The role involves client engagement, financial advisory, and business development to ensure long-term customer retention and portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
Identify and acquire new clients for mutual fund investments through lead generation, referrals, and networking.




Develop sales strategies and execute plans for business growth.
Educate prospective clients on mutual fund products, investment strategies, and financial planning.
Identify and acquire new clients for Insurance solutions – Life and Health solutions through lead generation, referrals, and networking.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
2. Client Relationship Management:
Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring personalized service and regular portfolio reviews.
Address client queries related to investment performance, fund recommendations, and market trends.
Provide updates on NAVs, fund performance, and investment opportunities.
3. Financial Advisory & Planning:
Assess clients’ financial needs, risk appetite, and investment goals to recommend suitable mutual fund schemes.
Guide clients on Systematic Investment Plans (SIP), lump sum investments, and portfolio rebalancing.
