Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist located in Rohini. The Ecommerce Specialist will manage the online store, ensuring smooth operations, optimal product presentation, and user-friendly customer experiences. Responsibilities include tracking product listings, analyzing sales trends, facilitating customer service, and collaborating with teams to optimize online sales strategies and maintain a consistent brand voice.



The role will involve active communication with different departments to ensure alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.

Qualifications
Proficiency in E-Commerce operations and online sales strategies.
Excellent Analytical Skills to monitor and evaluate data trends and performance metrics.
Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to engage with customers and resolve inquiries effectively.
Experience in Sales with a focus on reaching targets and driving conversion rates.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to dynamic environments.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and technologies is a plus.
Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto and Flipkart) and basic knowledge of SEO and online marketing strategies is desirable.
