We're growing fast and building the sales engine to match — this role owns the people and process behind that growth.

The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and scale our sales development function. You'll manage the reps who own the top of our funnel — both cold outbound to Amazon sellers and warm inbound from signups, webinars, free tools, and lead magnets. You'll set targets, coach on pipeline and conversion, refine the outreach playbook, and build the lead generation engine that keeps qualified pipeline flowing. This is a player-coach role in an early-stage environment: you'll build the motion as much as you manage it.

What You'll Do
Manage, coach, and hold accountable a small team of BDRs/ SDRs/inside sales reps against weekly activity, pipeline, and conversion targets




Own the full lead generation engine — outbound prospecting sequences plus inbound follow-up from free tools, webinars, and lead magnets
Build, document, and continuously refine outreach copy, cadences, and qualification criteria based on response and conversion data
Maintain clean pipeline and forecast hygiene in the CRM; report performance and trends to leadership
Partner with marketing on lead quality, messaging, and campaign performance to keep the funnel full and well-qualified
Set the standard for how Amazon sellers experience SellerMate at first touch
Hire, onboard, and ramp recent reps as the team scales

Must-Haves
4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a track record of hitting or exceeding pipeline and revenue targets
Experience managing small sales teams (SDR/inside sales), including coaching, target-setting, and performance management
SaaS selling from India into the US market — comfortable owning US t
