QRYX Tech builds digital twin platforms and operational software for businesses across sports, hospitality, manufacturing, and real estate. Our products include Twinoxis Sports OS (for sports academies), Hospitality OS (for hotels), Factory OS, Fleet OS, and a Real Estate Digital Twin platform. We're a small, quick-moving team that values systems, efficiency, and measurable ROI over activity for its own sake.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain prospect lists for our B2B products, starting with Twinoxis Sports OS (target: sports academy owners across India and select international markets)
Research decision-makers — find the right contact, their role, and a relevant reason to reach out
Run cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns using provided templates and tools
Qualify inbound replies and route warm leads to the founder for closing




Book meetings between qualified prospects and the founder
Track all activity in our CRM and report weekly on outreach volume, reply rates, and meetings booked
Continuously test and refine outreach messaging based on what gets replies
What We're Looking For
Strong written communication — if you can't write a clear, concise email, this role won't work
Persistence and comfort with rejection — outbound sales is a numbers game
Research instinct — ability to find the right person at a company using LinkedIn, Google, directories
Basic familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, email, and LinkedIn (experience with any CRM or cold email tool is a plus, not a requirement)
Genuine interest in B2B sales or business development as a career path
Any prior experience in sales, lead generation, calling, or working at a startup is a plus
