About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Moodle Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain our Moodle Learning Management System (LMS). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Moodle architecture, PHP, database management, plugin development, and API integrations, along with an understanding of e-learning platforms.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand educational and technical requirements and ensure that the Moodle platform delivers a secure, reliable, and user-friendly learning experience.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, maintain, and enhance the Moodle LMS according to organizational requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand educational objectives and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Develop and integrate custom Moodle plugins and third-party plugins as required.
Configure and optimize Moodle to ensure platform security, stability, scalability, and performance.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to Moodle and its integrations.




Manage database-related activities and ensure the smooth functioning of the LMS.
Provide technical support and training to administrators, educators, and other users.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve the Moodle user experience and overall platform performance.
Integrate Moodle with external systems and applications using APIs and other relevant technologies.
Monitor Moodle updates, security releases, emerging e-learning technologies, and industry best practices.
Maintain proper technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and system configurations.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Moodle Developer or in a similar LMS development role.
Solid understanding of Moodle architecture, APIs, themes, and plugin development.
Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
