Job Description – Business Development Executive - Field Sales

About the Role
We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive student
enrolments, build institutional partnerships, and expand Career Launcher's presence across
Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have excellent sales, relationship management, and field
marketing skills with a passion for the education industry.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve assigned student enrolment and revenue targets for the allocated centre.
Develop and execute market-specific business development strategies.
Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions to generate business
opportunities and organize seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions.
Drive field sales, local marketing, and ATL/BTL promotional activities to generate walk-ins and leads.
Mobilize student groups for Career Launcher programs and initiatives.
Counsel and convince prospective students to enrol in Career Launcher courses.




Handle centre-level operational processes and documentation related to admissions.
Strengthen brand visibility through institutional tie-ups and promotional campaigns.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing and admission activities.
Travel within the assigned city for meetings, institutional visits, and promotional events.

Desired Candidate Profile
1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Field Sales, Institutional Sales, or Education Sales.
Experience in the Test Preparation/EdTech industry will be preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and stakeholders.
Target-driven with a proactive and go-getter attitude.
Comfortable with extensive field travel within the city.
