Key Responsibilities
Handle travel inquiries and convert leads into bookings
Understand client requirements, budget and travel preferences
Prepare customized domestic and international holiday packages
Handle clients professionally through WhatsApp, calls and email
Coordinate with clients, hotels, DMCs, airlines and other vendors
Follow up with leads and maintain regular client communication
Prepare quotations and itineraries
Manage booking confirmations, amendments and cancellations
Ensure accurate travel documentation and booking details
Upsell relevant hotels, activities, transfers and travel services
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and bookings
Provide pre-trip and post-booking assistance
Meet individual sales and booking targets
