Salesforce Developer / Systems Integration Specialist

About the Role
We're hiring a Salesforce Developer / Systems Integration Specialist to join our team remotely, working European hours. This role sits at the intersection of coding, integration architecture, and Salesforce development — you'll be the person who connects systems together and makes them talk to each other cleanly.
We're specifically looking for someone with a robust technical core and sharp communication skills — someone who can work independently, explain technical decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and move fast using modern tooling, including AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code.

What You'll Do
Design, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other business systems
Develop and extend Salesforce functionality using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Own system integration projects end-to-end — from architecture through deployment
Work directly with distributed,



cross-functional teams across time zones
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues efficiently
Use AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code) to accelerate development where appropriate
Document technical work clearly for both engineering and non-technical stakeholders

Must-Have Requirements
Exceptional communication skills — comfortable working async and in real time with remote, international teams
Strong coding background, ideally with hands-on experience in systems integration (API-led integration, message queues, CI/CD pipelines, connecting disparate platforms)
Comfortable with AI-assisted / "vibe coding" tools, or technically sharp enough to pick them up quickly (e.g., Claude Code)
Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical problems
