Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a strong backend focus to join our team building real-world AI-powered products and solutions. You will primarily work on backend systems using Node.js/NestJS or Python, while also contributing to frontend development in React/Next.js as needed. You will work closely with the team lead/product owner to deliver high-quality features, participate in design sessions, code reviews, and agile ceremonies,



and coordinate directly with clients on various aspects of the project lifecycle.

You will also get hands-on exposure to modern AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity, Cursor) and agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph), along with RAG pipelines and vector databases. This is a high-growth role — engineers who demonstrate initiative and curiosity move up quickly.

Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Node.js/NestJS or Python
Contribute to frontend development using React/Next.js, HTML5, and CSS3 where required
Analyze user requirements and translate them into scalable system features and functionality
Design and maintain relational database schemas (Postgres/MySQL) following ACID principles
Apply clean coding practices, design patterns, and SOLID principles across the codebase
Identify areas for refactoring or improvement i
