Note: Candidate should be open to re-locate to anywhere in North India, post completion of this project.

Role Summary:




We are seeking a dynamic professional to manage on-site civil works and interior fit outs while ensuring structural integrity and strict adherence to architectural drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee execution of civil works and interior fit outs as per approved blueprints.
Supervise electrical, plumbing, and mechanical installations on site.
Coordinate with vendors for specialized cinema projection and sound cooling systems.
Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and timely project delivery.
Monitor site progress and resolve technical issues proactively.

Preferred Profile:
Background in Civil Engineering / Architecture.
Strong site execution and coordination experience.
Knowledge of MEP systems integration.
Positive communication and vendor management skills.
