Job Description

As a Territory Manager for IN - NOVATEUR ELECTRICAL & DIGITAL SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED (NEDS), you will play a crucial role in our L7 - IN - LEGRAND - Trade Sales department. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and develop our sales territory, focusing on building strong relationships with channel partners and retailers. You will be a key driver of our sales strategy, working closely with the team to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop the assigned sales territory, ensuring optimal coverage and penetration.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and retailers, fostering collaboration and trust.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and tactics.
Identify recent business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Provide regular feedback and insights to the sales team, contributing to the overall sales strategy.
Collaborate with other departments,



such as marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with company goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high ethical standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of success.
Strong knowledge of sales strategies and techniques, particularly in a B2B environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Self-motivated and driven, with a results-oriented approach to work.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple task
