Job Purpose

Manages a team of accounting professionals, guiding them to deliver accurate and timely financial services while meeting client SLAs and organizational objectives. Responsible for setting team goals, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Key Result Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals, setting transparent performance goals and providing regular feedback. Cultivate a culture of growth, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, offering constructive feedback, coaching, and development plans to support team members in reaching their professional potential.




Ensure the team is adequately resourced and equipped with the necessary tools, skills, and support to meet client and organizational standards. Identify and address training needs, facilitating skills development to enhance team performance.
Establish and maintain strong control frameworks and review processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of all financial deliverables.
Oversee the preparation of audit schedules, ensure the team provides required documentation to auditors, and coordinate audit responses to maintain transparency and compliance.
Analyze current processes, identify opportunities for efficiency, and lead initiatives to drive process improvements and transformation, ensuring alignment with organizational best practices.
Monitor and manage adherence to SLAs, implementing corrective actions as needed to meet quality and timeline expectations.
