Role Description This is a full time Design and Development Engineer role based in Coimbatore, offered in a hybrid work model that allows some work from home while requiring regular on-site collaboration. The Design and Development Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing heavy-duty shredding machinery and related components, translating customer requirements and material characteristics into robust mechanical designs. Daily activities include preparing 3D models and detailed drawings, performing design calculations, supporting prototype development, and coordinating with production and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and performance.
