Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with over 8+ years of proven experience in the Iron and Steel industry. The ideal candidate will lead the sales operations, develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, build robust client relationships, and expand the company’s market presence across regions.

Key responsibility:




Strategic Sales Planning:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and product segments.
Prepare annual sales budgets, forecasts, and periodic performance reports.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Set performance objectives and review team performance periodically.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients (dealers, distributors, fabricators, EPC contractors, OEMs, etc.).
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure profitable growth.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely resolution of client issues.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
