Department: site supervisor (Junior & Senior)

Role Description
Monitor and manage all on-site activities to ensure project completion
Oversee daily operations at the project site and ensure tasks are progressing as planned.
Maintain a clean and organized site to avoid delays and ensure worker efficiency.
Supervise and coordinate workers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor the site for potential hazards and implement safety measures.




Inspect the quality of work
Ensure the use of proper tools, techniques, and materials.
Act as the main point of contact between designers, project managers, and on-site workers.
Maintain records of work completed, materials used, and issues encountered.

Required Skills & Qualifications
2-5 Years of Experience (Sr)
0-2 Years of Experience (Jr)
Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field
Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and site execution
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Experience in residential and commercial interior projects
Knowledge of basic software (AutoCAD, Excel, etc.)
Leadership and team-handling skills
