✅ Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordination & closure
Experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and Boolean search
Handling contract/permanent IT hiring across skills like Java, .NET, Cloud, SAP, etc.
Coordination with hiring managers & interview panels
Maintain candidate pipeline and database
Good understanding of IT technologies and terminologies

⭐ Requirements:




2-5 years of experience in IT Recruitment
Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with ATS tools and Excel reporting
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Proven success in full-cycle recruiting across multiple tech roles
Proactive, goal-oriented, and thrives in a high-growth setting
