About the Role
We are looking for a Shipping Executive to manage daily e-commerce orders, shipping processes, courier coordination, and dispatch-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Process orders received from different online marketplaces.
Process shipments through DHL, FedEx, UPS and other shipping portals.
Generate shipping labels, invoices, and required documents.
Verify order details, shipping address, product/SKU, quantity, and shipment information.
Coordinate with the warehouse and packing team for timely dispatch.
Update shipment and tracking details in Excel and online portals.
Track shipments and coordinate with courier partners regarding delays or delivery issues.
Maintain daily shipping records and prepare basic reports.
Ensure accurate order processing and meet daily dispatch deadlines.
Requirements
Graduation is mandatory.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.
Basic computer and internet skills.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work with online shipping portals.
E-commerce/shipping/logistics experience will be an advantage.
Preferred Skills
Experience with DHL, FedEx, UPS shipping portals.
Basic knowledge of e-commerce order processing.
Knowledge of basic Excel functions.
Fresh graduates with positive computer and Excel skills can also apply.
