Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and maintaining accurate personnel records. Responsibilities include supporting HR policies and procedures, handling employee queries, coordinating benefits administration,



and assisting with performance reviews and employee engagement initiatives. The role will also involve collaborating with management on workforce planning, helping with recruitment activities, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor regulations and company standards. Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support daily HR operations and collaborate with leadership.
