Role Description The Diploma/Graduate Engineering Trainee role is a full-time, in office position based in Coimbatore. The trainee will support engineering and production activities, including assisting in process monitoring, quality checks, and equipment maintenance under the guidance of senior engineers. Daily responsibilities may include data collection, preparing basic technical reports, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and learning to use relevant tools, machinery, and software.



The role involves active participation in problem-solving activities, adherence to safety and quality standards, and continuous learning through on-the-job training and mentoring.
Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Production, or related Engineering discipline.
Foundational technical skills in engineering fundamentals, basic CAD or design tools, and an understanding of manufacturing or industrial processes.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standard operating procedures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and documentation.
Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with supervisors, peers, and cross-functional teams.
Willingness to learn, adapt to new technologies, and participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing init
