Pulse Mitra is looking for a creative Social Media Intern who can help us turn healthcare ideas into engaging, relatable content.
What you'll do
Create and edit short-form Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts
Appear in videos and confidently act/present on camera
Come up with relatable and creative reel concepts
Shoot simple office-based content
Edit videos with strong hooks, pacing, captions and transitions
Help create Instagram posts, stories and other social content
Work with Mitra, our recurring brand character
Track trends and find ways to adapt them to Pulse Mitra's brand
Support day-to-day social media activities
What we're looking for
Must have:
Comfortable appearing on camera
Positive communication and presentation skills
Basic-to-good video editing skills




Understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content
Creative mindset and willingness to experiment
Ability to shoot and edit content independently
Tools: CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, Canva or similar tools are a plus.
Bonus points if you
Can write good hooks/captions
Understand trending formats and sounds
Have acted in reels/videos before
Have a portfolio or personal Instagram page
Can turn a simple idea into an engaging 10–30 second video
