About the Practice

S. Ghosh & Associates is a Delhi-based architecture practice, established in 1973, that has delivered over 200 projects across 53 years of continuous work — master planning, institutional buildings, housing, and interiors, approached as one continuous design process rather than separate specializations.
We have stayed deliberately small. Projects here are not divided into departments; the same few minds stay with a building from first sketch to handover, and everyone on a project comes to know the whole of it. We value thoughtful, enduring architecture over passing trends, drawing on timeless archetypes and elemental space-making, realized through careful, patient construction.

The Role
We are looking for a Junior Architect with 1–3 years of experience to work on design-focused projects with real construction exposure. Because the studio is small, you will work directly with the principals and see projects whole — not a fragment of one.

Day-to-day, this means:




Developing designs from concept through detailed drawings — plans, elevation studies, sections, and interior layouts
Preparing drawings and 3D models in a Revit-centred workflow
Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and project teams
Assisting with documentation for statutory approvals and execution
Regular site visits — we treat the construction site as an extension of the design studio, and time spent there as essential to learning the craft
Participating in design reviews and carrying feedback into deliverables
Responsibility is given early. You should expect genuine design and delivery ownership, with the learning that comes with both.

What We Are Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution, with a strong academic record
1–3 years of professional experience
A solid design sense, evident in your portfolio
Proficiency in Revit is essential; working familiarity with other design and visualizat
