Hajiri is looking for a driven and result-oriented B2B Enterprise Sales Manager to join our growing sales team in Gurugram.

What You’ll Do:
Identify and qualify new enterprise and mid-market business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales.
Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery to product demonstrations, negotiations, and closure.
Connect with HR leaders, business owners, CXOs, and key decision-makers to understand their requirements.
Present Hajiri's HR technology solutions based on customer business needs.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently work towards revenue targets.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with prospects and key stakeholders.
Prepare proposals,



handle commercial discussions, and negotiate effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover after deal closure.
Maintain accurate sales activities, follow-ups, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
Stay updated on HR Tech, workforce management, and competitor trends.

What We’re Looking For:
2–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or SaaS sales.
Experience selling HRMS, Payroll, SaaS, ERP, CRM, or other technology solutions is a plus.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
A target-driven mindset with a proven ability to convert opportunities into customers.
Good understanding of the B2B sales cycle and consultative selling.
Ability to manage multiple prospects and sales opportunities independently.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Bus
