Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Jorhat for Area Managers, Sales Officers, and Business Development Officers (Influencers). The role involves driving sales growth in the assigned territory, managing and expanding dealer and distributor networks,



and supporting channel partners to achieve sales targets. Daily responsibilities include visiting retail outlets and project sites, generating leads, conducting product presentations, and ensuring consistent customer service and follow-up. The role also covers monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and providing feedback to the management team for sales strategies and promotional activities. Team members will collaborate closely with internal sales operations, marketing, and supply chain to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
