Description:

BlitzenX is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and service-focused HR Executive to support HR operations within a Shared Services environment. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle Management, HR Administration, Compliance, and Shared Services support. This role will provide HR support across India and the United States and requires flexibility to work in US business hours while ensuring seamless HR service delivery and compliance adherence.

What You'll Do

Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, documentation, employee changes, and offboarding.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare employment letters, verification documents, HR communications, and employee-related documentation.
Support Background Verification (BGV) activities and employment validation processes.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries and provide timely support.




Coordinate with internal stakeholders and business leaders across India and the US.
Support HR compliance activities, audits, policy administration, and statutory requirements.
Generate HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics using Excel and HRMS platforms.
Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and service delivery standards within the Shared Services framework.
Ensure timely closure of HR requests and employee transactions while meeting service-level expectations.

What We're Looking For

4-5 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations, HR Specialist, or HR Shared Services roles.
Robust experience in Employee Lifecycle Management and HR Administration.
Good understanding of India labor laws, statutory compliance requirements, and employment regulations.
Working knowledge of US employment laws, HR documentation, compliance requirements, and HR operational practices.
