Job Summary

Washkiya India is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Franchise Sales Executive to drive franchise expansion across India. The role involves generating and qualifying franchise leads, understanding prospective investors' requirements, presenting the Washkiya franchise business model, conducting follow-ups, negotiating commercial terms, and converting qualified prospects into franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify potential franchise leads through different lead-generation channels.
- Contact prospective franchise investors and understand their investment plans, preferred locations, and business requirements.
- Explain the Washkiya franchise business model, investment requirements, business opportunities, and company support.
- Conduct client meetings, calls, presentations, and franchise discussions.




- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects and move leads through the sales pipeline.
- Manage the complete franchise sales cycle from initial inquiry to deal closure.
- Handle objections and negotiate franchise agreements and commercial terms.
- Coordinate franchise documentation, agreements, payments, and onboarding activities with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in CRM/sales reports.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
- Coordinate with operations and other departments to ensure a smooth handover after franchise closure.
- Provide regular reports on leads, follow-ups, conversions, closures, and sales performance.
