We are now entering our next phase of growth with one big ambition: Build Indian Garage into a ₹200 Cr D2C business. And we are looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Manager to help us get there.

The Role: We are looking for someone who lives and breathes performance marketing and understands both Meta and Google.

Your job is simple to define, but challenging to execute: Find ways to acquire more customers, scale revenue and improve profitability. You will work closely with the performance, creative, category and D2C teams to identify what is working, scale winners, fix what isn't working and constantly find the next growth prospect. This role goes beyond managing campaigns. We want someone who understands creative, products, customer behaviour,



landing pages, funnels and numbers.

What You'll Own
● Manage and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
● Build and execute strategies across TOF, MOF and BOF
● Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency and profitability
● Manage Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display and YouTube campaigns where relevant
● Monitor key metrics including ROAS, MER, CAC, CPM, CTR, CPC, CVR and AOV
● Analyse performance at a campaign, audience, creative, product and category level
● Identify winning products and categories and build strategies to scale them
● Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ads, hooks, formats and communication angles
● Build a structured creative testing engine across videos, statics, UGC and product-led ads
● Identify funnel leakages across landing pages, PDPs, offers and checkout journeys
