Role Description The Sales Assistant role at TagDog Media is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team by managing client inquiries, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activities. Daily responsibilities include coordinating meetings, following up with prospective and existing clients, updating sales reports and CRM tools, and assisting in the organization of sales presentations and demos.



The role also involves collaborating with production and marketing teams to align client expectations with project deliverables, ensuring a smooth handover from sales to execution.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build rapport with clients and provide a positive experience.
