What we need:
6+ years of hands-on paid media experience in fintech or a service-based industry. You should have deep, working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and YouTube, not surface-level familiarity, but the kind where you know why a campaign broke and exactly how to fix it.
You will own the full paid media strategy, manage budgets end-to-end, run a structured testing program, and report performance directly to leadership. No layers. No handholding.

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketer to own our paid acquisition strategy end-to-end. This is a high-ownership role, you will be responsible for driving measurable business outcomes across all paid channels, managing budgets,



and reporting directly to leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Media & Strategy
Own and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and YouTube
Manage full-funnel campaigns from awareness through to conversion and retargeting
Allocate and pace budget across channels based on performance data
Deliver weekly performance reports with clear insights and recommended actions

Testing & Optimisation
Run a structured A/B testing programme across creatives, audiences, and landing pages
Document all experiments, results, and learnings
Brief design and content teams on creative iterations based on data

Analytics & Reporting
Build and maintain performance dashboards using GA4 and a BI tool
Develop a robust attribution framework and challenge platform-reported numbers using first-party data
Report to leadership with clear, number-led summaries
