Job Description:-

Design, develop, and enhance EPBCS models, business rules, dashboards, processes based on business requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand planning processes and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Support end-to-end implementation activities including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
Perform model optimization, troubleshooting, and performance improvements while adhering to EPM best practices.
Develop and support integrations between EPBCS and other source systems.
Support UAT, SIT, regression testing, and production deployments while ensuring solution quality and business acceptance.
Prepare functional and technical documentation and conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.




Work closely with global delivery teams and client stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

Key skills required
5–8 years (Senior Consultant) of experience in EPM model building and implementation.
Solid hands-on experience with EPBCS dimensions, lists, hierarchies, forms, Workflow.
Good understanding of planning processes such as FP&A;, Supply Chain Planning, Workforce Planning, Sales Planning.
Experience in solution design, requirement analysis, testing, and stakeholder management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
