? Role Purpose
We are looking for a agile and business-focused HR Business Partner who can bridge the gap between People Strategy and Business Strategy.
The HR BP will partner closely with business leaders and functional heads to build a high-performance culture, strengthen organizational capabilities, develop talent, and drive strategic people initiatives that contribute directly to business growth.
? Key Responsibilities
1. Business & People Strategy
Partner with leadership to translate business priorities into effective people strategies.
Develop workforce strategies aligned with business growth and operational requirements.
Provide strategic HR insights and recommendations to business leaders.
Drive organizational effectiveness and workforce productivity.

Talent Management & Leadership Development
Identify critical talent and high-potential employees.
Drive succession planning, career development, and talent retention initiatives.
Develop talent pipelines for critical and future roles.
Partner with leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities.
Support competency mapping and career progression frameworks.
3. Training & Development
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with functional heads and managers.
Prepare and implement the Annual Training & Development Plan aligned with business and capability requirements.
Identify skill and competency gaps and design appropriate development interventions.
Coordinate technical, functional, behavioral, leadership, and compliance training programs.
Drive Leadership Development Programs for emerging and existing leaders.
Develop employee capability through coaching, mentoring, workshops, and structured learning initiatives.
