Role Summary
The Graduate/Post Graduate Probationary Trainee Officer will undergo a structured probationary development program focused on business operations, technology readiness, professional excellence, and leadership development.
During the probation period, trainees will receive comprehensive exposure to organizational processes, participate in business-critical projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop expertise in their chosen specialization area. Upon successful completion of the program, candidates will be considered for confirmation into permanent Associate, Executive, Analyst, or Officer-level positions within the organization.
