Role Description The Sr Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales efforts, driving revenue growth, and expanding NirogStreet’s presence in the Ayurveda market. This full time, on-site role is based in Saket and involves managing key accounts, developing and executing sales strategies, and overseeing the performance of the sales team.



The person in this role will build and maintain relationships with healthcare practitioners, partners, and distributors, and will identify new business opportunities and channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking sales metrics, preparing forecasts and reports, collaborating with marketing and operations teams, and ensuring excellent customer experience. The Sr Sales Manager will also support hiring, mentoring, and performance development of sales team members while aligning activities with organizational goals.
Qualifications

Strong sales leadership experience, including team management, target setting, and performance tracking.
Proven experience in B2B or healthcare/pharma sales, preferably with exposure to Ayurveda or wellness sectors.
Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, pipeline management, and execution of go-to-market initiatives.
