Qualifications
Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation for identifying, qualifying, and converting recent opportunities.
Solid understanding of Business and Account Management principles to manage client relationships and support retention and growth.
Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and active listening.
Proven experience in outbound sales or business development, preferably in outsourcing, technology services, or BPO environments.
Ability to work with targets, manage a sales pipeline, and use CRM or sales tracking tools efficiently.




Analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative environment in Coimbatore with cross-functional and global teams.
Willingness to work flexible hours when required to interact with international clients.
