We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Microsoft Sales Manager with 6–8 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, and Microsoft technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and a proven track record of identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
This role requires a combination of business development expertise, Microsoft technology knowledge, consultative selling skills, and strong relationship management. The successful candidate will work closely with technology, consulting, and delivery teams to understand client requirements and position relevant Microsoft-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify,



qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across enterprise and mid-market customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, IT leaders, technology decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
Drive the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
Leverage knowledge of Microsoft technologies and solutions to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate technology offerings.
Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline while consistently meeting quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions.
Collaborate with Microsoft technology, pre-sales, consulting, and delivery teams to develop customized proposals and solutions.
Understand customer business challenges and translate them into technology-driven business
