Role Description This full-time, on-site Architect role is based in Dehradun. The Architect will lead and support architectural design projects from concept through execution, including site analysis, space planning, schematic design, and detailed construction drawings.



Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and internal teams, preparing design presentations, integrating interior and prefabricated solutions, and ensuring that designs align with budget, functional requirements, and regulatory standards. The role involves close collaboration with project managers to track progress, address design challenges, support documentation for permits, and participate in design reviews using tools such as 3D visualization and virtual reality. The Architect is expected to be actively engaged at the project site, maintaining transparent communication with contractors and consultants to ensure quality delivery.
