The Internship programs is a preparatory phase of our Executive Development Initiative to identify, train, develop, appoint and retain great employees with this Company. The applicants are preferred to join to the Internship Program (with stipend) that typically lasts for three months. Based on their performances during the program, they are hired as Executives at UpGro Digital on a long-term basis.
