Job Summary
CricClubs is seeking a creative and execution-focused Marketing Executive to manage and grow the company’s social media presence. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and managing content across CricClubs’ social media handles, with a strong focus on onboarding new users on to the CricClubs platform. The position involves on-ground coordination during matches, content planning, and close collaboration with media and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management
Manage and operate CricClubs’ official social media handles
Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms
Ensure consistent brand tone, positioning, and visual identity

Content Planning & Execution
Ideate creative content formats aligned with matches, tournaments, and events
Coordinate and create content in the form of reels, posts, stories, and campaigns




Capture high-quality photos and short videos during games and events

Campaigns & Engagement
Plan and execute campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and followers
Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements for content strategy
Actively engage with the audience through comments, messages, and interactions

On-Ground & Match Day Support
Provide flexible support during match days and events
Ensure timely posting of live updates, stories, and highlights
Coordinate with operations teams to align content with on-ground activities

Reporting & Coordination
Track content performance and prepare basic social media reports
Maintain content calendars and posting schedules
Support initiatives to strengthen CricClubs’ digital brand presence

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing(preferred)
Robust understanding of content, trends, and platform best practices
Good communication
